Motion passed with Councilman BFitschgi <br /> voting in the negative, <br /> In regard to the Traffic Study Committee's recommendation for off-street park- <br /> ing to be provided by new eubstantial businesses, Councilman Armetrong 1 <br /> moved, seconded by Couneilman Granger, tnat the matter be referred to the <br /> proper administrative officiale for a report as to what plans are effec- <br /> tive 1n communities comparable to this one in order to carry out the plan, <br /> Motion passed unanimously, <br /> Councilman McNulty offered resolution authorizing joint tenancy deed to Thomas <br /> and Helen Clark to Lots 1 and 2, Block 48, Eastern Addition, seconded by � <br /> Councilman Fletcher. Councilman Arn�strong aeked if there were any delin- <br /> queat taxes against these lots, City Collector Miramontes advieed there <br /> were none.
