<br /> deed was necessary in order to redeem the lot, Resolution was unanimously

<br /> • RESOL[JTION AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM THE CITY OF REDYPOOD CITY
<br /> TO JOSEPA DeLEM03 AND iNIFE AS JOINT TENANTS.
<br /> WYiEREAS, Ra,lph C. MacArthur, as Tax Collector of the County of San
<br /> Mateo, State of California, heretofore sold the real property hereinafter
<br /> described for delinquent .taxes of the County of 3an Mateo, and the City
<br /> of Redwood Ciiy hae received full eatisfaction of its lien for taxes and
<br /> assessments againet eaid property prior to the fiscal year 1945-46;
<br /> RE80LVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that in
<br /> consideration of the sum of �143,74 received on February 15, 1945 from the
<br /> County of 3an Mateo as this City's pro rata of said eale price and the
<br /> cancellation of all'taxea and assessmente which were then a lien against
<br /> the property herein after described, aggregating �143.74, eaid Council
<br /> , does hereby autriorize trie execution of a quitclaim deed from this City to
<br /> JOSEFH DeLEM05 and KATHERINE DeLEMOS, his wiYe, as Joint .Tenants of that
<br /> certain real property eituated in the City of Redwood City, County of 9an
<br /> I�ateo, State of California, particularly described as follows:
<br /> Lot 6 in Block 43 of Central Park No. 2 as shown and delineated on .
<br /> that certain map entitled "Map No. 2 of Central Park Redwood City
<br /> San Mateo County", filed in the office of the County Recorder of
<br /> . 3an Mateo County, State of California on the 20th day of July,
<br /> 1912 in Hook 8 of Maps at pages 15 and 16�
<br /> exaepting for any claim or lien against said property under the Improve-
<br /> ment Act of 1911.
<br /> FURTHER RE80LVED, that the Mayor and Clerk of thie City be and they
<br /> � are hereby authorized to execute auch deed for and on behalf of this City.

<br /> Council of the City of Redvdood City at a regular meeting thereof held on
<br /> tne 15th day of April, 1946, by the following vote:
