City Manager Hlom pointed out that over 51%0 of the pro- � perty owners had signed the petition requesting tne improvements and that all would ha.ve a.n opportunity to protest before the proceedings were com- pleted. fie also suggested that tne improvements to Taft 9treet between Vera . and Jarnes Avenue be included in the same resolution of preliminary.deter- 1 mination.
