' , City t�anager Blom reported that a joint meeting of the Council and the Traffic Study Cornmittee ha,d been ;,eld at which Mr. Martin of the �artin Transpor- tation Company had been present and a verbal agreernent had been reached vvith him in regard to the rerouting of his bus line, Mr. 1�artin ti•�as to come in within two days v;ith either an overall plan or map shovving the . reachec agreement but, to date, had not done so. Councilman Ar:nstrong asked if there was a possibility of making an early deciaion in regard to the pa.rking lot. He stated that tne Traffic Study Committee had subvnitted a recommendation e,hich the Council had postponed taking ' action on and he believed it was up to the Council to make so�e definite decision in tni� matter.
