Murphy requesting per;ni�sion to connect ' servers on certain lots adjacent to the Kensington Square Improcement , T District to the Kensington Square Sevrer District. City Engineer P�ilson �� reported that,none of the lots in were in the sewer district. After some discu�sion, it was the general opinion of the Council that it could not give perrnission to the applica,nt to connect to this district.
