Said cash contribution will be used to defray the coete of por- tiona of the work and imorovemente in Hudson 9treet and in said storm dra.in as show�n on a report to be filed by Edwin H. 3mith, Civil Engineer, heretofore employed to prepare the plane, specifications, '• profilea, aseessment and assesament diagram for said public improve- mente and work. SECTION 16. Notice is hereby given that Serial Bonds to repreeent unpaid asseaemente, and to bear interest at the rate of not to exceed five (5�) per cent per annwn �uill be iseued hereunder in the manner provided by The Improvement �ct of 1911, the last inatallment of which bonde ehall ma- ture nine (9) years from the second day of January next eucceeding the 15th day of November followin� their date. SECTION 17, Said proposed work and impronements are hereby referred to Edwin H. 8mith, he being a competent Engineer employed for that purpose by said City, and eaid Engineer is hereby directed to make and file with the , City Clerk of said City a report in writing presenting the Yollowing: a.) Plans and specifications of the proposed improvementa to be made pursuant to thia resolution; b.) Engineer�s statement of itemized and total estimated costs and expenses of eaid work and imorovementa and of the incidental expenses in connection therewith; c.) Diagram showing the assessment district above referred to and also the bounda.riee and dimeneione oY the reapective subdivisions of land within said district as the eame existed at the time of the paseage oY this resolution of intention; eaoh of which eubdivisions ehall be given a � separate number in red ink upon said diagratn; d.)
