RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 1946-1 I RESOLUTION APPOIhTING TIME AND PLACS OF HEARING PROTESTS IN RELATION SO PROP09ED IMPROVEMENT$ AND DIRECTING NOTICE. RE80LVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, California, that� �JHEREA3, pursuant to Reaolution of Intention No. 1946-1 of this Coun- 1 cil,.adopted pursuant to the Municipal Iraprovement Act of 1913, ae amended, Edwin H. Smith, an Engineer employed by eaid City, has filed with the City Clerk of said City the written report oalled for under Section 2 of said Act, and by said Resolution of Intention, which report has heen approved by Don 3. YYilson ae City Engineer of eaid City and which report has been pre- sented by.�'sald Clerk to this Council for coneideration, and thia Council has considered and approved and confirmed said report without modifiaation and hae ordered that the eame atand as the report for the purpose of all subsequent proceedings had pursua.nt to said Resolution of Intention; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the 18th day of July, 1946, at the � hour of 8 o'clock P,M., at the re�ular meeting place of this City Council in the City Hall•in said City be and the same are hereby appointed and fixed se the time and place for hearing proteste in relation to the pro- posed improvements aalled for under said Resolution of Intention and more particularly provided for in eaid report; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that_the Oity Clerk of eaid City be and_he is hereby direeted to gine notice of eaid hearing by two aucoessive lneeitiona in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published and circulated in said Citq of Redwood City and by causing the same to be conenicuously posted along all s and parts of etreets or other public places held or owued by said City where any work is to be done or lmprovements to be ' made, at not raore than three hundred feet apart, but not less than three in all; said poeting and publication to be had and completed at least twenty (20) days before the date set for hearing of protests; FURTHER ORDERED, that said notice shall lie headed "Notice of Local � Improvement" in lettere not less than one inch in len�t.h, and ehall, in legible characters atate the fact and date of the passage of the Resolu- tion of Intention and of the filing of said report and of the date for the hearing of said protests and briefly describe the improvementa'proposed to be,made and reFer to said Resolution and report for further particulare.
