It was his sug�estion that assessment be made on the <br /> asseased value of land only. After some discussion, City Attorney McC�arthy <br /> was instructed to prepare an ordinance aetting up the asseasment dietrict. ' <br /> Mr. Wm, Penaat appeared in regard to the adoption of the final map of the <br /> MeCullagh park, which is an extension oY Ruby 3treet from Vera Avenue eouth <br /> � to Rooaevelt Avenue. The map was studied by:the Council. The matter of <br /> �' I supplying water to this s�bdivieion was aleo discuased and it was decided <br /> � that the citq would provide the water without cost to the subdinider. It 1 <br /> was also recommended that a bond in the amount of �10,000, or a like <br /> � amount placed in escrow, be required to assure street improvemente.
