City Attorney McCarthy explained that an amendment to the Charter places it in �urisdiction of the Port Commission even though the land was originally.,purchased under a bond iseue for the purpose of a , Yacht Harbor. .Councilman Granger was of the opinion that if it were origi- nally purchased for a Yacht Harbor it should be kept for it.
