<br /> ject for wYiich Local Agency is making application for aid;
<br /> HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that for the purpose of this request E. W. BLOM,
<br /> City Manager, City Hall, Redwood City, be, and he hereby is deaignated as
<br /> the authorized agent of Local Agency, and is herebq siithorized and directed 1
<br /> to sign the herein mentioned application of Local Agency and to sulxnit the
<br /> same to the State Director of Finance together with a certified statement of
<br /> the total estimated cost to be paid for construction of the project herein
<br /> mentioned and such othe;�information as may be required; and said authorl2ed
<br /> agent ie further authorizeci and directed as repreaentative of Local A�ency
<br /> to conduct all negotiations and conclude all arrangements with either the
