On roll call, resolution authorizing condem- <br /> ' nation proceedinge, Hroadway to E4iddlefield Road, in rear of B�ain 3treet, <br /> was unanimously adopted, <br /> RE80LUT IOA No. 361 <br /> AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION OF LAND IN FE� FOR PUBLIC 3TRE$T <br /> ' RE80LVED by the City Council of tne Citq of Redwood City that it finds <br /> and determines and nereby declares: <br /> Tnat public interest and neceseity require tne acquisition, construc- <br /> tion and completion by the City of Redwood City oY a public improvement, <br /> namely, a public street and the divereion of the easterly branch of Redwood <br /> .
