On roll call, resolution authorizing condem- ' nation proceedinge, Hroadway to E4iddlefield Road, in rear of B�ain 3treet, was unanimously adopted, RE80LUT IOA No. 361 AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION OF LAND IN FE� FOR PUBLIC 3TRE$T ' RE80LVED by the City Council of tne Citq of Redwood City that it finds and determines and nereby declares: Tnat public interest and neceseity require tne acquisition, construc- tion and completion by the City of Redwood City oY a public improvement, namely, a public street and the divereion of the easterly branch of Redwood .
