So moved by Councilman Granger, seconded by Councilman VVerder <br /> and unanimously pasaed. <br /> TENTATIVE b?AP OF HUDSON PARK, INTRODUCTION OF: City Engineer dVilson presented <br /> tentative map of Hudson Park Subdivision (David and Clara Holder, subdivi- ' <br /> ders). The map indicated some violations due to deDth and width of creek <br /> running through the property, but Mr. Plilson endorsed the general plan as <br /> satisf�.ctory, subject to full compliance in regards to streets and sewers. <br /> Street improvemente must either have been installed or cash be available <br /> for full complia,nce, before a final map can be accepted. Attorney Mc � <br /> Carthy informed the Council that lots cannot be sold prior to final accep- <br /> tance. Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Councilman McNulty, that <br /> the map of Hudson Park be aecepted if it meet the requirements of the <br /> Planning Commiasion. Motion unanimously passed.
