<br /> Discussion was heln in regard to the reassessment orr Resolution of Intention 1940-1.
<br /> City Attorney McCarthy advised that 6ir. ',Vilson oi Kirkbride and Flilson had
<br /> suggested a form of resolution to be adopted to adjust the circumsta.nces when
<br /> bids vaere higher than the estimate prepared by the engineer. City Engineer
<br /> ' '�lilson presented a rea.ssessment plan which increased the assessment by �8339.89
<br /> The resolution provides for a public nearing to be Held and a notice to be
<br /> published in the officia.l newspaper. Councilman a'lerder, with the view in mind
<br /> that a public hearing was to be held on September 3, offered resolution order-
<br /> ' ing change in engineer's report under Resolution of Intention 1946-1 and ,
<br /> moved .`ita:;adoption, seconded by Councilman McNulty. On roll call, resolution
<br /> vsas unanimously adopted.
