<br /> the work to be done and improvements to be made, and therefore the amounts
<br /> of the assessments levied by this council are less�than the arnounts`'of �9

<br /> N01;', THEREFORE, it is ordered, as follows• "�

<br /> 1. TYiat Resolution No. 365 of Final Approval of said En�ineer's Report
<br /> is hereby set a.side and rescinded to the extent that it a.pproves and confirms
<br /> the Estirnate of Costs and the assessrnent; '
<br /> 2. That it is"tize intention of this Council to increase the amounts of '
<br /> the assessments therein to the amounts shown•on an assessment list attached
<br /> hereto, marked Schedule A and made a part hereof;
<br /> 3. ,That the Estimate of Costs be amended by increasing the arnount pf
<br /> the incidental expenses and the total cost of said improvements by the tota,l
<br /> a.mount that said assessments a,re increa,sed;
<br /> 4. That said a.ssessments as increased as aforesaid be made and sho�vn 1
<br /> on the new assessment preoared by the City Engineer, certified by him a.nd ,
<br /> filed vJith the City Clerk of this City;
<br /> 5. That said Estimate of Costs a,nd assessment be finally confirmed as
<br /> amended a.nd rerecorded;
<br /> 6. Notice is hereby given tha.t Tuesday, the 3rd d�y of September, 1946,
<br /> at 8 o�clock P,P��, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in sa.id City are
<br /> hereby fixed as the time and Pla.ce when and where a.11 persons interested may
<br /> be heard upon said ma.tter; �
<br /> 7. That a copy of this Resolution be puolished once in the r�edKOOd Gity
<br /> Tribune at least ten days 'oefore the day fixed for sa.id hearing.
<br /> The above and fore�oing Resolution wae duly pa.ssed and adopted by the
<br /> Council of the City of Redv�ood City at a regular rr.eeting thereof held on the
<br /> 19th_day of Au�ust, 1946, by the following vote:
