It was esiimated that the cost of acquisition of property necessary for future widening ��ro.ul�.be_ approximately �12,600, and the cost of a ten Yoot wid- '' ening project vrould be approximately �"5,000. It v�as suggested that the cost be distributed over an assessment district. After some discussion of a map presented by City Engineer 'iJilson showing the proposed setback, Councilm�.n Granger moved the necessary steps be taken to establish the setback_lines .in accordance tirith the recommendation of the � Plannin� Commission and that the Building Inspector be instructed not to is- sue any building permits on the property,�tne City,Attorney being instructed � to bring in an amendment to the building ordinance.
