Citq Engineer Don S., FJileon presented the plans and epecifiaatione for coneideration oY the Council and City Manager Blom drew attention to the fact that the period • of the bonds ie set at Yourteen years instead oY the ouatomary ten yeare upon the recommendation of Mr, Ernest Wilson, City Engineer �ilson explained that the ass,essments for this work would be high and on that baele tnere might be justification in extending the time of the bonds.
