City Manager Bl�m expreased the <br /> opinion that because of the amendments being effective for aix montha after � <br /> the end of the war, he believed they would automatically be cancelled on <br /> February 14. <br /> Mayor Hilton appointed a committee to meet auith Mr. Ludvrig Werder in regard to <br /> discussion of the propoaed apur track. The committee is composed of . <br /> Qouncilmen Andereon, McNulty and Granger. A <br /> Mayor Hilton advised that a meeting of the Underpass Committee would be held <br /> during the coming week, <br /> Oouncilman MeNulty queetioned purchases from Minto Motor Company in Burlingame. <br /> City B2anager Blom replied that it was necessary to purchase all Ford parts <br /> and cars from out of town because of Kendall Towne being a member of the <br /> Port Comraission, In regard to purchasing red rock from L. C. Smith in $an <br /> Mateo, he advised that the quality of red rock had been poor but he had <br /> been adviaed that one of the suppliers in the city had just opened a new � <br /> quarry.
