Motion <br /> � <br /> pasaed unanimously. <br /> Mre, Viola Maysenhelder appeared before the Council and presented a bank book <br /> snoiving a deposit of �50.69 which had been collected by the Redwood City <br /> Greater Improvement Club for the improvement of the Easter Howl. Tnie money <br /> had been raised some years ago and Mre. Mayshelder asked that it be used to <br /> improve the Easter Bowl site. �ayor Hilton thanked Mrs, Maysennelder for <br /> r tne contribution and advised that the Bank Book would be turned over to the <br /> , City Treasurer. <br /> The Banta and Rice abatement proceedinga were next brought up for discussion. <br /> City Manager Blom advised that the petition for rezoning of Middlefield Road <br /> oovered P.4r. Banta's property, If the property were rezoned it would alloau <br /> Mr. Banta to continue operating hie upholstery businese. Councilman <br /> Britschgi mived, seconded by Councilman Granger, that the Banta and Rice <br /> abatement proceedings be carried on the agenda for the meeting of �darch 18. <br /> �� Motion passed unanimously.
