Motion pasaed unanimously, Councilmen Armetrong moved, seconded by Councilman Hritschgi, that the proper administrative officials be authorized to sign contract between Greene ' Hros, and the City. Motion passed unanimouely, City Attorney McCarthy reported that it �rould be possible for tne city to ac- quire lots in the thirty acre recreational area in a contract to be entered into betv�een the City Council and the Board of 3upervisors, eaid lots having been sold by th.e State. He believed it would be possible to acquire seventy � lots for approximately �10 each in Blocks 37, 38, 41, 42, Central Park No.2. �
