He advised <br /> that a disabled veteran of wara not including World War 11 who ic physically � <br /> unable to earn a livelihood by manual labor and is a voter of the State ie <br /> entitled to peddle or distribute mercnandise without any license fee but that � <br /> he snall be iaeued a free license. Councilman Granger expressed the opinion <br /> that it should be established tnat the veteran is disabled before granting <br /> a free license. It was decided that the City Attorney would draft a suitable � <br /> application for such purpoaea, Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Councii= <br /> man MeNulty, that the City Attorney draft the neceseary application which <br /> the applicant must complete before the free licenee is granted, Motion <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> Councilman Britschgi offered resolution of preliminary intention to improve Beech � <br /> Street, seconded by Councilman Armstrong.
