Financial services, title companies, stock exchange, professional or <br /> administrative offices;" <br /> <br />Section 7, That Article 14 (Central Business District), Section 14.2 (Permitted Uses), <br />of the Redwood City Zoning Code, is hereby amended to add a new subsection I to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> "1. Medical offices or medical clinics with a gross floor area of less than two <br /> thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet." <br /> <br />Section8. That Article 14 (Central Business District), Section 14.4 (Conditional <br />Uses), of the Redwood City Zoning Code, is hereby amended to add a new subsection <br />(M) to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "M. Medical offices or medical clinics with a gross floor area of two thousand <br /> five hundred (2,500) square feet or more." <br /> <br />Section 9. That Article 15 (General Commercial District), Section 15.2 (Permitted <br />Uses), subsections E and F, of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, are hereby <br />amended in their entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "E. Administrative, business, or professional offices with a gross floor area of <br /> less than ten thousand (10,000) square feet; <br /> <br /> F. Medical offices or medical clinics with a gross floor area of less than two <br /> thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet." <br /> <br />Section 10. That Article 15 (General Commercial District), Section 15.4 (Conditional <br />Uses), subsection M, of the Redwood City Zoning Code is hereby amended in its <br />entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "M. Administrative, business, or professional offices with a gross floor area of <br /> ten thousand (10,000) square feet or more;" <br /> <br />Section 11.
