07/14/2003 <br /> <br /> "B. Medical offices or medical clinics;" <br /> <br /> "E. Office type research and development." <br /> <br />Section 13. That Article 17 (Industrial-Restricted District), Section 17.2 (Permitted <br />Uses) of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to add a new <br />subsection H, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "H. Laboratory type reseamh and development." <br /> <br />Section 14. That Article 17 (Industrial-Restricted District), Section 17.3 (Accessory <br />Uses), subsections D and E, of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, are hereby <br />amended in their entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "D. Offices accessory to a primary, non-industrial use or an electronic <br /> equipment facility, provided the combined space for offices, technicians <br /> and conference rooms is less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the gross <br /> floor area of the primary use; in calculating the office area, common areas <br /> such as hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms shall only be <br /> included if they primarily serve the office use; <br /> <br /> E. Offices accessory to a primary, industrial use, but not including electronic <br /> equipment facilities, provided the office area is less than fifty percent <br /> (50%) of the gross floor area of the primary use; in calculating the office <br /> area, common areas such as hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and meeting <br /> rooms shall only be included if they primarily serve the office use." <br /> <br />Section 15. That Article 18 (Industrial Park District), Section 18.2 (Permitted Uses), <br />subsection B, of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended in its entirety <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "B. Research and development." <br /> <br />Section 16. That Article 18 (Industrial Park District), Section 18.4 (Conditional Uses), <br />subsection F, of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended in its entirety <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "F. Medical offices or medical clinics." <br /> <br />Section 17. That Article 19 (General Industrial District), Section 19.2 (Permitted Uses), <br />subsection C, of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended in its entirety <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "C.
