Section 17.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br />adding Section 17.4j thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 17.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br /> permitted in the IR District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br /> j. Offices, the gross floor area which is 10,000 square feet or more." <br /> <br /> Section 16. Sections 17.12 is hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 17.12 Floor Area Ratio.
