Section 9. Section 14.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br />adding Sections 14.4m and 14.4n thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 14.4 Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted in <br /> the CB District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br /> m. Financial Services. <br /> <br /> n. Offices, the gross floor area of which is 10,000 square feet or <br /> more." <br /> <br /> Section 10. Section 15.2 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br />adding Section 15.2e thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 15.2. Permitted Uses. The following uses are permitted in the <br /> CG District if conducted entirely within a building: <br /> <br /> e. Offices with a gross floor area of less than 10,000 square feet." <br /> <br /> Section 11. Section 15.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br />adding Section 15.4p thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 15.4. Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted in <br /> the CG District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br /> p. Offices with a gross floor area of 10,000 square feet or more." <br /> <br /> Section 12. Section 15.12 is hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 15.12 FloorArea Ratio <br /> <br /> a. The maximum floor area ratio for commercial uses on lots with <br /> frontage on El Camino Real (State Route 82) shall be 40 <br /> percent. Lots fronting on El Camino Real shall be deemed to <br /> include lots immediately to the rear and adjacent to lots fronting <br /> on El Camino Real. <br /> <br /> b.
