ix. Ensure that Supervisor attends four supervisor meetings <br /> (including Partner Organization Orientation and three 3-way meetings) and complete all <br /> required Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco paperwork in a timely manner; and <br /> x. Use its best efforts to retain Ally for the Term, even in the <br /> event of disputes, in which case, Partner Organization shall seek the assistance of <br /> Public Allies Silicon Valley/Sari Francisco as described in Section III(N). <br /> II. Pavment Schedule. <br /> A. For Allies on Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco's payroll <br /> Partner Organization will contribute the sum of $31.554 for the Term that the Ally is with <br /> the Partner Organization. Reimbursements for partial months will be pro-rated until <br /> March 1, 2012. This will constitute payment of Partner Organization's portion of Ally's <br /> stipend, as set forth in Section I(B)(i) and Section I(B)(ii). <br /> B. If an Ally is covered under the Partner Organization's sponsored <br /> health plan, Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco will reimburse Partner <br /> Organization no more than $100 for each month that the Ally remains with the Partner <br /> Organization after completion of a monthly invoice summarizing the total costs incurred <br /> for insurance. <br /> C. All funds paid to Partner Organization or Public Allies Silicon <br /> Valley/San Francisco under the terms of this Agreement shall be used solely for the <br /> purposes outlined in Section I(A)(iii) and (iv). <br /> III. Additional Aareements of the Parties. <br /> A. Use of Federal Funds. Federai monies may not be used to cover <br /> the Partner Organization portion of the Ally stipend as described in section I(B)(i) unless <br /> the use of those funds as federal match is allowed by the grantor in writing and/or by <br /> statute. If federal funds will be used to cover the Partner Organization portion of the Ally <br /> stipend, documentation of the federal grantor's allowance of this use of funds must be <br /> submitted to Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco. <br /> B. Non-Exclusive Aqreement. Public Allies Silicon Valley/San <br /> Francisco and Partner Organization understand that this Agreement is non-exclusive, <br /> and that each of them may enter into a similar arrangement with other organizations. <br /> C. Entire Amount Pavable Under Apreement. Other than any amount <br /> payable to Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco by Partner Organization pursuant <br /> to Sections I(B)(i) and I(B)(ii), and Section II or payable to Partner Organization by <br /> Public Allies Silicon ValleylSan Francisco under Section i(A)(iii) and Section I(B)(iii) (if <br /> applicable), neither shall be entitled to payment from the other under this Agreement. <br /> D. Incorporation. The Partner Organization agrees to abide by the <br /> terms of the Public Allies Policies and Procedures Manual, as amended from time to <br /> Public Allies Partner Organization Agreement 2011-2012 4 <br />
