The parcels would remain a portion <br />of Route 101 of no use to the city, and the state would not be able to properly maintain <br />this property. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Vacating the easement and quitclaiming the real property has no fiscal impact. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As the lead agency, City of Redwood City has determined that the actions proposed in <br />this report do not constitute a "project" as defined in Section 21065 of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br />S.
