EXHIBITA-BKF 58780GL <br /> The Creek walk will be limited to areas that aze readily accessible. The project team will use <br /> waders to go through the Creek where necessary. However, clearing of vegetation to allow <br /> access is excluded. Also, the City is responsib(e for all coordination necessary to pass through <br /> private property. Evaluation of areas where permission to access is not possible without clearing <br /> vegetation or where pemilssion from private landowners is not obtained by the Chy is excluded. <br /> Seismic ca(culations are excluded from the scope of services. The report will note locations <br /> where a seismic event could worsen an existing deficiency. <br /> Hydraulic analysis of scour at bridge piers and abutments is excluded. Observed scour will be <br /> noted. <br /> Detailed survey of Creek sections is excluded. Where no survey or rewrd drawings are available, <br /> BKF will utilize LIDAR survey to approximate Creek conditions and to adjust record drawings if <br /> not on the City datum. Based on results, additional detailed survey may be warranted. If <br /> requested, additional survey can be provided as an additional service. <br /> Wallcing tlu•ough confined spaces by the engineers and biologist is included. ObservaYions within <br /> confined spaces will be by the Engineers. <br /> No traffic control is articipated for the project beyond placement of cones while manhole access <br /> is used for confined space inspections. If traffic control plans are requested, these can be <br /> provided as an additional service. <br /> IV.SCHEDULE <br /> BKF will complete the Basis of Review for Task 2 within three weeks of receiving a Notice to <br /> Proceed. An allowance is included for three weeks for the Creek walks in case of inclement <br /> weat6er. The Creek walks can be started one week after receiving a notice to proceed or may be <br /> delayed to after the basis ofreviaw to better direct the Creek review. <br /> The ana�yses will occur simulianeous with the Creek wallcs. <br /> An allowance ofthree weeks is provided for the Conceptual Improvements. <br /> An allowance of two weeks is provided for the Draft Report. Following City review, an <br /> additional week is provided for the Final DraB. <br /> With Creek walks starting immediately and one week for City review, the project will be <br /> completed 10 weeks after receiving a Notice to Proceed. <br /> a <br />
