The Redwood City Zaning Code and Munici�a! Code do not <br /> address or regul�te the exis#ence or ioca#ion of inedical <br /> mari�uana coilec#i�es, oper�tor licensing, or c�lti�ation of <br /> marijuana p�artts. <br /> D. The �ity has received in�uires concemi�g whe#her callectives <br /> are ailowed ir� Redwood City. Co{lectives are nof listed as <br /> permitted or conc�itional uses and therefore are c�rrently <br /> prahibited by omission, b�t a clea� policy statement whether and <br /> �o what extent colEecti�es are eit�er al�owed or nat allowed is <br /> preferred. <br /> E.
