As-Built CondiHons <br /> The County will submit an as-built report within sixty days of the completion of invasive weed <br /> removal and tree planting, describing the "as-builP' status of the mitigation project. Maps and <br /> photos showing locations of plantings shall be included in the repoR. <br /> VI. MONITORING PLAN <br /> A. Monitoring Method aud Schedule <br /> The County will monitor the Mitigation Site annually for 100% coast live oak survival by <br /> walking the site and looking for dead trees or any indications of stress (brown leaves, cracked <br /> bazk, etc.). Monitoring will begin in September 2012 and will continue to be implemented <br /> annually through the year 2014, or until final success criteria levels have been achieved. If <br /> success criteria for coast live oak plantings is not attained in any given year, replanting will occur <br /> as necessary to achieve the criteria. <br /> B. Annual Reports <br /> Annual reports summarizing the results of monitoring efforts shall be submitted on an annual <br /> basis. These repoRs will review the progress towards meeting the final success criteria. The <br /> annual report will include the names of all entities and individuals involved in the monitoring and <br /> the creation of the report, details of planting success and methods used in revegetation activities, <br /> site photos, and maps. The annual monitoring report shall be submitted to the Regional Board by <br /> December 31 of each yeaz. The timing of the annual report submittal will allow wrrective <br /> measures to be taken prior to subsequent growing seasons. <br /> VII. COMPLETION OF MITIGATION <br /> A. Notification of Completion <br /> If by the end of the monitoring period the final performance criteria have been met, the annual <br /> report will be submitted with a notice of completion to the Regional Board. <br /> B.
