� i • <br /> MINUTE ORDER - <br /> � N0: 85-116 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: August 15, 1985 . <br /> Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Director of.Coimnunity Development <br /> SUBJECT: Appeal - Redeemer Lutheran Church/School & Vladimir Starov (203-10) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 12, 1985 <br /> Present: Councilmen Bury, Claire, Rhodes, Stangel and Vice Mayor Mosher <br /> Absent: •Councilman Chandler and Mayow Britschgi <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M/S: Rhodes/Claire to deny appeal b. of Vladimir Starov et al., the <br /> following findings having been made: <br /> i. The findings of the Zoning Administrator in his Report dated August <br /> �. 8, 1985, are adopted and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> ii. Additionally, the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> use applied for will not, under the circumstances of the particular <br /> case, be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, <br /> and general welfare of persons residing in the neighborhood of the <br /> proposed use and will not be detrimental or injurious to property or <br /> improvements in the neighborhood or the general welf are of the City <br /> in that: <br /> a. The conditions attached to the Use Permit (as modified <br /> hereinafter by the City Council) adequately address the concerns <br /> of the appellants regarding traffic conditions, non-residential <br /> aspects of the use, and such other objections raised by the <br /> appellants. � <br /> iii. Ther+e exists a substantial cortmunity need for the facilities <br /> proposed to be operated under the Use Permit. <br /> Carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> �� <br /> JACQUELINE C.
