10. Applicant sharll 1n stal I a new water lateral to connect to the 12" CIP water main <br />on the west side of El Camino provided fire flow data confirms that the line is <br />adequate to serge the new proposed construction. If sufficient fire flow is not <br />available, Applicant shall connect to the 1 " CIP water main across the street, <br />however, detailed plans shall be submitted for prior approval for making the <br />multiple crossings of the SFPUC transmission lines. <br />11. The project shall connect to the sanitary sewer system at the -inch VCP <br />sanitary sewer main along the frontage of El Camino Deal. <br />12.Applicant shall divert all storm drainage to the 33" FRCP pipe at the rear of the <br />property which is currently located in an easement at the neighboring property <br />on Leahy Street Drainage shall be treated per the County of San Mateo's C3 <br />requirements and released at a rate less than, or equal, to the preoontruction <br />condition. Storm drainage calculations shall be submitted verifying pipe <br />detention and treatment sizing, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />13.Appli arnt shall submit an engineering analysis to the City's Engineering <br />Division, demonstrating ting the net impact from connection to any existing water, <br />sewer, and storm drainage lines which analysis is subject to prior review and <br />approval by the Engineering Division. <br />1 . Applioarnt shall apply for and obtain a Construction Improvement Permit <br />from City Engineering for work in the City public right -of -gray, easements or <br />property in which the City holds an interest, including driveway, sidewalk, <br />water service and connections, sewer connections, s ewer cleano t , curb <br />drains, storm drain connections, PG&E/Telephone/TV services, prior to <br />commencing any such work. <br />15-Applicant shall apply for and obtain a Grading Permit from City Engineering <br />prior to any grading when the total grading for the Project will exceed 50 cubic <br />yards. <br />16.
