Permits within the side walk area along the property frontage are issued by <br />Redwood City based on the current agreement the City has with Caltran. <br />Proposed work within the roadway is reviewed by Caltrans, and will require a <br />separate permit from the State of California. BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into <br />project plans. <br />2. Applicant shall submit a Plot and Finished Grading Plan prepared by a <br />California registered Civil Engineer to the City Engineer, for the City <br />Engineer's review and approval, prior to commencing any ground disturbing <br />activities on the site. <br />2. Applicant shall design all storm, sewer, and water facilities in accordance with <br />Engineering Standards, Volume ill, Design Criteria, and shall submit all <br />designs for prior review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />2 .Appli ant shall ensure that all Electrical/Telephone/TV Services connection <br />facilities are installed underground, <br />2.
