Office <br />and commercial uses are generally deemed compatible with all but the highest <br />gh est <br />noise levels. <br />(c) San Mateo County's Airport Land Use Plan :C CLUT) has established the 55 <br />dB CNEL nose contour as the noise unpact boundary for the .San Carlos <br />Airport, based on the operating .and noise .characteristics of the enera .aviation <br />z g <br />aircraft that operate .at the Airport. Accordin g to the CLUP the Pry a r ect is <br />located. within. the CNEL 55 -60 dB noise contour for the Airport. Under the <br />CL1.IP, business and professional uses -are considered compatible with noise <br />levels up to CNEL 70 dB. <br />3,6 SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONSIDERATIONS <br />3,6.1 Potential Effect: The redwood Peninsula EIS. states that development of the <br />Redwood.
