Half of this. fund ($200 000) .shall be expended for permanent fire <br />station in Redwood Shores, while the remaining .$200,000 shall be used to fund a <br />community center or for any other cormnunity purpose that the City determines to be <br />appropr <br />7 <br />(b) Sufficient gas, electricity and telephone service capacity exists to meet the <br />needs of the Project. The Development Agreement requires the Project applicant <br />to pay . Facilities Fee (as defined .in the Develop Agreemen for the <br />provision df storm drainage, sewage and. other facilities needed for the Project.
