Effect The Project Will.result in the conversion of undeveloped P en <br />space into an office park. <br />Findings The City hereby makes Finding (1). <br />Facts in Su ort of Finding <br />(a) The Project site curren consists of a flat, filled area, lacking in n atural <br />vegetation or biota .and surrounded by development. <br />(b) The Project wi co nsi st of a carnpus -like off ce ark. It will inc lude am le <br />p P <br />landscaping and open space. A series of informal open .spaces of different <br />characters and size Will b linked by tree4ined pathways. Common area <br />walkways link the larger open spaces to each other, and also l the camp to <br />surrounding amenities. The walkways v ill be lined with alleys of trees to make a <br />pleasant, shaded pedestrian environment. <br />(c) visual impacts on adjacent properties, especially .adjacent re sidential uses, will <br />be .mn* n" i*zed.
