4.0 Project Organization <br /> Mr. John Eidinger will be the Project Manager for this work. He will also be technically <br /> responsible for laying out the project alternatives and design concepts, the structural <br /> pertormance criteria, the pros and cons of each alternative. <br /> Mr. Eidinger has working knowledge of Redwood City's water system. He has visited all <br /> sites and has knowledge of the structural issues related to each tank, structure and <br /> piece of equipment. <br /> 5.0 Project Schedule <br /> The schedule to pertorm the work is as follows: <br /> Notice to Proceed February 15, 2011 (target date). <br /> Submit draft Reports ( Tasks 1 b, 4) NTP + 3 months <br /> Submit 50% Plans, Specs & Estimates NTP + 6 months <br /> Submit 90% Plans, Specs & Estimates NTP + 9 months <br /> Submit 100% Plans, Specs & Estimates NTP + 11 months <br /> A master project schedule showing all review cycles and subtasks will be provided two <br /> weeks after Notice to Proceed. The target schedule is to have construction work for <br /> Task 1 be bid in 2012; Task 2 in 2013; and Task 3 in 2014. <br /> 6.0 Supplemental Information <br /> The City has existing steel tank coating specifications used for past tank painting. The <br /> Exterior prime coats on both Cambridge tanks are lead based.
