%� � � �,�� <br /> � <br /> ��� r �, <br /> 9 Project Schedule <br /> The following dates are anticipated in the RFQ/RFP selection process: <br /> • Issue RFQ - February 24, 2012 <br /> • RFQ Due - March 16, 2012 <br /> • Qualified Teams Notified and RFP Issued - April 13, 2012 <br /> • RFP Response Due - May 11, 2012 <br /> • Notificarion of Awazd to Successfiil Team - June 15, 2012 <br /> Interviews, if perFormed, will be following receipt of the RFP responses. For the project as a whole, <br /> the anricipated completion date is August 30, 2013. <br /> 10 RFQ Selection Criteria <br /> The RFQ response will be evaluated based upon the following criteria. <br /> 10.1 Cover Letter and Executive Summary -15 points <br /> The cover letter and executive summary should introduce the team members and provide a summary <br /> of the team's qualifications. Previous experience of team members working together on sunilaz types <br /> of projects should be hi-lighted as well as design-build experience. The cover letter and execurive <br /> summary should demonstrate understand'mg of the scope of senrices described in this RFQ. <br /> 10.2 Qualifications and Experience - 40 points <br /> Please provide the qualifications and experience of the Contractor's team members as related to the <br /> scope of services and structure and improvement summary provided in this RFQ. Knowledge of <br /> current local, State, and Federal regulations governing requirements of design, construction, <br /> contracting, environmental, and safety measures should be demonstrated. In addition, please provide <br /> 4 representative project descriptions for the general contractor and 4 representarive projects for the <br /> Contractor's engineer of record that best match the scope of services contained in this RFQ. The <br /> engineer must have been the engineer of record on projects submitted. Projects should have been <br /> completed within the last 10 years and should be similaz in scope and size. <br /> Additional factors which may result in a higher qualificafions and experience score are: <br /> • Projects that the proposed general contractor and engineer of record worked on together. <br /> • Projects involving pile supported wharves with 3001f of berthing face or more. <br /> • Projects located within the San Francisco Bay Area. <br /> aay. �o a 2s <br /> � <br /> : � a <br /> �, <br />
