Item #3 could be delayed, but <br />any future work on this culvert would require the partial closure of Jefferson Avenue <br />when the retail/cinema project is open. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />There is money available in the Redevelopment Bond Contingency fund to cover these <br />costs.
