Definition: An Authorized Antenna is: (a) an antenna designed to receive <br />direct broadcast satellite service, including direct -to -home satellite service, that is one meter or less <br />in diameter; or (b) an antenna designed to receive video programming service, including multi- <br />channel multipoint distribution service, instructional televisions fixed service, and local multipoint <br />distribution service, that is one meter or less in diameter or diagonal measurement; (c) an antenna <br />designed to receive television broadcast signals; or (d) an antenna used to receive and transmit <br />fixed wireless signals or broadband service. <br />D. Restrictions on Installation: Subject to applicable law and regulation, an <br />Authorized Antenna may be installed indoors or on the Exclusive Use Common Area Balcony or <br />Patio in a manner that minimized the visibility of the device from the other Condominiums and <br />adjacent real property. The foregoing locations are hereby deemed "preferred installation locations." <br />The Board may adopt reasonable restrictions on installation and use of an Authorized Antenna as <br />part of its Design Guidelines in order to minimize visibility of the Authorized Antenna from other <br />Condominiums. Such restrictions may designate one or more preferred installation locations, or <br />require camouflage such as paint (subject to the antenna manufacturer's recommendations) or <br />screening vegetation or other improvements. However, no restriction imposed hereunder or by the <br />Board may: (i) unreasonably delay or prevent the installation, maintenance or use of an Authorized <br />Antenna; (ii) unreasonably increase the cost of installation, maintenance or use of an Authorized <br />Antenna; or (iii) preclude acceptable quality reception. <br />E. Prohibitions on Installation: The Board may prohibit the installation of an <br />Authorized Antenna in a particular location if, in the Board's opinion, the installation, location or <br />maintenance of such Authorized Antenna unreasonably affects the safety of the Owners or any <br />other Person, or for any other safety- related reason established by the Board. The Board may also <br />prohibit an Owner from installing an Authorized Antenna on any real property which the Owner does <br />not own or is not entitled to exclusively use or control under the Governing Documents, including <br />any exterior wall of the Building, balcony railings, and the roof of the Building. The Board also has <br />the power to prohibit or restrict the installation of any antenna or other over - the -air receiving device <br />that does not meet the definition of an Authorized Antenna above. In no event shall any Owner drill, <br />bore or otherwise penetrate any Common Area wall of the Building or other portion of the Common <br />Area for any such installation without obtaining the prior written approval of the Board. <br />F. Review after Installation: The Board may review the location and <br />installation of an Authorized Antenna after it is installed. After its review, the Board may require that <br />the Authorized Antenna be moved to a preferred location (if one has been designated) for safety <br />reasons or to comply with reasonable restrictions subject to this Section and applicable law. <br />G. Restatement of Applicable Law: This Section is intended to be a <br />restatement of the authority granted to the Board under the law. All amendments, modifications, <br />restatements and interpretations of the law applicable to the installation, use or maintenance of an <br />antenna or other over -the -air receiving device shall be interpreted to amend, modify, restate or <br />interpret this Section. <br />7.8. Right to Lease: <br />A.
