Post standard construction warning signs in advance of the <br />construction area and at any intersection that provides access to the <br />construction are <br />When lame closures occur, provide advance notice to local fire and <br />police departments to ensure that alternative evacuation and <br />emergency routes are designed to maintain response times, <br />• require that written notification be provided to contractors regarding <br />appropriate routes to and from the construction site, and the weight <br />and speed limits on local roads used to access the construction site. <br />Repair or restore the road right-of-way to its original condition or better <br />upon completion of the work, <br />7. The applicant shall comply with all State and local (CRIMP) procedures <br />regarding historic and/or archaeological resources; this includes <br />"discovery ", treatment,, documentation and storage etc, of such resources. <br />8. The applicant shall replace 825 feet of existing wastewater transmission <br />litre connecting wastewater lines from the project site to the Cit <br />wastewater rater tran mi ion system, or an equivalent onsite upgrade as <br />determined by the City, or pay an equivalent mitigation fee to the City of <br />$300 per linear foot as previously agreed by City and applicant to reduce <br />the peak wet weather f lows from inflow and infiltration. <br />9. Prior to the issuance of any grading, demolition, or building permits for the <br />project, all hydraulic lifts, the oil - grater separator, and other equipment that <br />contained hazardous materials will be removed by a licensed contractor, <br />under the direction of the San Mateo county Environmental Health <br />Department. <br />o. Prior to the i suance of any grading, demolition, or building permits for the <br />project, all requirements regarding removal of contamination from the <br />project site will be safisfied, including the need for soils remedlation, <br />pursuant to the direction of the San Mateo County Environmental Health <br />Department. <br />. Prior to the issuance of any grading, demolition, or building permits for the <br />project, a risk m a n agern e nt plan will be prepared for the project.
