Written responses to City 60% Review comments <br /> 2. 100% set of Contract Documents (six hardcopy sets with 11 x17 drawings and electronic (PDF <br /> format) <br /> 3. 100% Construction Documents: all sheets and specifications completed (6 sets) <br /> 4. 100% Level Opinion of Probable Cost <br /> 5. 100% level documents to be used as basis for City permit review if required; City permit review <br /> comments on 100% set to be incorporated into final set. <br /> 6. Completed Division 0 and 1 Sections <br /> 7. Written responses to City 100% Review comments <br /> 8. One full size set of Construction Documents plans and specifications with wet stamp suitable for <br /> preparation and distribution of bid documents <br /> Task 4: Bid Support and Construction Services <br /> Description: <br /> 1. Assist during the bid period by responding to questions from bidders, attend prebid conferences, <br /> and prepare one Addendum if required <br /> 2. Review bid summaries <br /> 3. Review shop drawings, requests for information (RFI), change order requests <br /> 4. Prepare Record Drawings from Contractor's red line markups and limited CONSULTANT field <br /> observations <br /> 5. Perform control system programming of the site RTU/PLC. Programming shall incorporate new <br /> fail safe logic, backup controls, redundant sensors where included in the design. Programming <br /> shall establish communications link to SCADA Central <br /> Responsibilities: <br /> 1. City responsible for distribution of all bid and construction materials and documentation to bidders <br /> and construction Contractor <br /> 2. City to provide one set of final documents <br /> 3. Preparation of Conformed Drawings after bid period is not included <br /> 4. Questions during bidding and construction to be provided to CONSULTANT in writing <br /> 5. Review of a maximum of 20 Contractor submittals or resubmittals assumed during construction; <br /> review of submittals beyond this number may be performed under Additional Services as noted <br /> below <br /> 6. Review of a maximum of 10 Contractor Requests For Information (RFI) assumed during <br /> construction; review of RFIs beyond this number may be performed under Additional Services as <br /> noted below <br /> 7. Electronic responses for submittal comments and RFI responses via e-mail is acceptable <br /> 8. Witness testing, site observations during construction are not included <br /> 9.
