19. Applicant shall pay all applicable wa#er, recycled water, <br /> wastewater, and transportation related fees prior to permit issuance. <br /> 20. For construction activity resulting in a land disturbance of one acre <br /> or more, applicant shall file a Notice of lntent (NOI) with the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board under the Construction Activities Storm Water General <br /> Permit {General Permit). The NOI shall indicate the applicant's intent to comply <br /> with the San Mateo Countywide Starmwater Pallution Prevention Program, <br /> including a Stormwater Pollution Prevention P1an (SWPPP). <br /> (��r.sc;rcb.c�, ovl�t�rmwtrlcor�str�ct�an.h�ml). <br /> 21. Plans shall be desigr�ed tq meet the C3 requirements of the <br /> Municipal Regianal Permit (MRP} NPDES Permit CAS 612008. <br /> 22. Starmwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management <br /> Practices {BMPs) far construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, <br /> in accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Preventi�n Plan <br /> (SWPPP}. BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into project <br /> pfans. <br /> 23. Applicant shafl apply #or and obtain a Grading Permit from E&C for <br /> any grading exceeding 50 cubic yards. <br /> 24. Applicant shall camplete the City's "NPDES Permit Compliance <br /> Checklist", and provide far permanent stormwater contro( measures selected <br /> from the City's "Local Source Contral Measures List", as appropriate. Refer to <br /> "Start at Source", a Manual by BASMMA for guidance regarding appropriate <br /> stormwater treatment measures. <br /> 25. Normally scf�eduled construction activities shall adhere to the Gity's <br /> Noise Ordinance. ln addition, if possible, the noisiest construction acfivities <br /> would be scheduled for daytime hours when the ambient noise levels are <br /> highest. <br /> 26. Applicant shall apply for a Construction Improvement Permit from <br /> E&C far work in the City public right-of-way, easements or property in which the <br /> City holds an interest, ineluding driveway, sidewalk, water service and <br /> connections, sewer connections, sewer cleanouts, curb drains, storm drain <br /> connectians, PG&E/Telephone/TV services. <br /> 27. Streets, sidewalks, and curbs and gutters in need of repair within <br /> and bordering the project shall be repaired and/or removad and replaced in <br /> accordance with City standards. Photographs or video of befiore conditions are <br /> strangly recommended. <br /> 28.
