The Downtawn Precise Plan establishes a <br /> Downtown General �lan contemporary visian fvr the Downtown and sets forth <br /> land use designation the speGific land use parameters, development <br /> definition and allowable standards, architectural guidelines, anc! urban des�gn <br /> intensity. criteria in arder to create a unique and �ibrant <br /> downtown. The General Plan arnendment was required <br /> ta be consistent with the baundaries of the Preeise Plan, <br /> and accordingly revised the land �use designation af <br /> certain properties g�nerally located immediately autside <br /> and south af the Downtown Precise Plan area from <br /> "Mixed Use - Dawntown" to "Residential - High Density" <br /> (6.37 acresJ and "Re�idential - Mediurr� Density" (0.49 <br /> acres� and "Haspitaf" (0.68 acres).
