Biological Resources - Trees Implementation of the proposed project will result in the loss of a remnant orchard at the western end of the project site. The IS will describe the biologicat resources in the project and assess the impact of the removal of these trees on the local environment based on an arborist report provided by the project applicant. Mitigation measures will be developed as required to reduce identified impacts. Other Potential Impacts In addition to the issues describe above, Consultant will address all other environmental issues required by CEQA including aesthetics, agricultural resources/forestry, cultural resources, geology and soils, hazardous materials, mineral resources, population and housing, public services, recreation, and utilities and service systems. Other sections will be based upon existing available information, including information in the Redwood City General Plan, and data provided by the project applicant. MITIGATION, MONITORING, OR REPORTING PLAN A Mitigation, Monitoring, or Reporting Plan (MMRP) will be prepared in conformance with the CEQA Guidelines and City of Redwood City requirements. The MMRP will identify significant adverse impacts, proposed mitigation, and the person or agency responsible for overseeing the mitigation and the method for ensuring the mitigation, if appropriate. The MMRP will be provided to the City of Redwood City prior to adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration. MEETINGS This scope of work includes attendance by the Senior Project Manager at one project meeting during preparation of the IS and one public hearing. If requested, additional meetings will be attended on a time and materials basis in accordance with the attached charge rate schedule. TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM APPLICANT Our scope and schedule are based on the assumption that we will receive the project details listed below concurrent with the Notice to Proceed. Delays in receiving any of the information listed below will result in day for day delays to the overall project schedule.
