conditions on the adjacent roadways and assess the impact of the proposed project <br /> based on the aforementioned TIA. <br /> Biological Resources - Trees <br /> Implementation of the proposed project will result in the loss of a remnant orchard at the <br /> western end of the project site. The IS will describe the biologicat resources in the <br /> project and assess the impact of the removal of these trees on the local environment <br /> based on an arborist report provided by the project applicant. Mitigation measures will <br /> be developed as required to reduce identified impacts. <br /> Other Potential Impacts <br /> In addition to the issues describe above, Consultant will address all other environmental <br /> issues required by CEQA including aesthetics, agricultural resources/forestry, cultural <br /> resources, geology and soils, hazardous materials, mineral resources, population and <br /> housing, public services, recreation, and utilities and service systems. Other sections <br /> will be based upon existing available information, including information in the Redwood <br /> City General Plan, and data provided by the project applicant. <br /> MITIGATION, MONITORING, OR REPORTING PLAN <br /> A Mitigation, Monitoring, or Reporting Plan (MMRP) will be prepared in conformance <br /> with the CEQA Guidelines and City of Redwood City requirements. The MMRP will <br /> identify significant adverse impacts, proposed mitigation, and the person or agency <br /> responsible for overseeing the mitigation and the method for ensuring the mitigation, if <br /> appropriate. The MMRP will be provided to the City of Redwood City prior to adoption <br /> of the Mitigated Negative Declaration. <br /> MEETINGS <br /> This scope of work includes attendance by the Senior Project Manager at one project <br /> meeting during preparation of the IS and one public hearing. If requested, additional <br /> meetings will be attended on a time and materials basis in accordance with the attached <br /> charge rate schedule. <br /> TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM APPLICANT <br /> Our scope and schedule are based on the assumption that we will receive the project <br /> details listed below concurrent with the Notice to Proceed.
