6.1.J. - Page 55 <br /> 18.For construction activity resulting in a land disturbance of one acre or more, <br /> applicant shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board under the Construction Activities Storm Water General Permit <br /> (General Permit), and the applicant shall comply with the San Mateo <br /> Countywide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program, including the <br /> preparation of an approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br /> (www.scrcb.ca.qov/stormwtr/construction.htm I). <br /> 19.Streets, sidewalks, and curbs & gutters in need of repair within and <br /> bordering the project shall be repaired and/or removed and replaced in <br /> accordance with the City's Engineering Standards. Photographs or video of <br /> before conditions are strongly recommended <br /> Grading & Drainage Conditions: <br /> 20.Grading shall be performed in accordance with Volume I I I, Part I I of the <br /> City's <br /> Engineering Standards (desiqn/PartV). Soil or other construction materials <br /> shall not be stockpiled in the public right-of-way. <br /> 21.Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices <br /> (BMPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in <br /> accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> (SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into <br /> project plans. <br /> 22.The applicant shall submit a Plot and Finished Grading Plan prepared by a <br /> California registered Civil Engineer to the City Engineer, for the City <br /> Engineer's review and approval, prior to commencing any ground disturbing <br /> activities on the site. <br /> Miscellaneous Conditions: <br /> 23.A11 storm, sewer, and water facilities shall be designed in accordance with <br /> Engineering Standards, Volume III, Design Criteria, and subject to review <br /> and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> 24.The applicant shall ensure that all Electrical/Telephone/TV Services <br /> connection facilities are installed underground. <br /> 25.The applicant shall pay all applicable water and sewer capital facilities fees <br /> and installation fees, which will be determined by the City, based upon the <br /> size and layout of the services to the project. <br /> 26.The applicant shall pay a Traffic Mitigation Fee based on the schedule set <br /> by Ordinance, or based on the Traffic Study, as determined by the City. <br />
