TASK 2.0: INITIAL STUDY/CEQA DETERMINATION <br /> Task 2.1: Prepare Administrative Draft Initial Study(Ad-Draft IS/MND) <br /> Consultant shalll prepare the Admin. Draft IS/MND by answering each Initial Study Checklist <br /> question with enough factual detail to clearly describe potential impacts associated with the <br /> project. The IS/MND will identify potentially significant impacts and recommend mitigation as <br /> necessary to reduce those impacts to less than significant levels. Each question shall be <br /> answered with a thorough response and a clear determination of impact before and after the <br /> implementation of mitigation measures. Mitigation measures will include implementation and <br /> monitoring responsibilities to aid in the preparation of the Mitigation, Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Plan per CEQA Guidelines. <br /> Contents of the Initial Study <br /> Below is the proposed outline for the Initial Study (consistent with Appendix G of the CEQA <br /> Guidelines), followed by a detailed description of the sections and issues to be addressed. <br /> 1.0.
