Task 2.6: Project Administration and Quality Control <br /> Consultant recognizes that frequent, immediate and clear communication with the project team <br /> is essential to keep the environmental review phase of the project on track. Consultant shall <br /> ensure the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including communication regarding <br /> contractual matters, communication/coordination with subconsultants. Consultant shall perform <br /> case administration and quality control review process. <br /> TASK 3.0: PUBLIC OUTREACH <br /> The City's engineering and planning staff may require assistance with public outreach efforts the <br /> City undertakes including noticing residences and public meetings to discuss the project. Scope <br /> of work provides a total of 22 hours for assistance with public outreach efforts. This time would <br /> be used only at the direction of the City and may include: <br /> • Consultation on approach and methodology for the public outreach effort; <br /> • Attendance at public m eetings; <br /> • Preparation of text about the project that may be circulated to the public <br /> Consultant shall consider this task as optional as it is not necessary to complete the CEQA <br /> document and the City can request any level of assistance.
