Alf st�ch fees shall be paid af the time o# issuance of building permits. The amount of the impact fees shall be determined at #he time of payment in accordance with the fee schedule or method of calculation #hen in effect. 42.A11 of the canditions of approval shall be reproduced on the first page of #he plans submitted for demolition, grading or building permits. Addit�onal pages may be used if necessary. A# least one (1} copy of the stamped approrred plans, aiong with the Conditions of Approval, shall be available tor review at the job site at all times. 43.Applicant shall s�bmit a Traffic Control Plan to t�e City Engineer for review and appro�a! prior to commencing any work on the project, including demolition or grading work, for control �rocedures during #he construc#ion of the projec#. The Plan shall ir�clude at least the following: tl�e route(s) that construction trucks shall use to access the property, identification of #he access point(s) to the site, any proposed staging area tor trucks waiting to enter the site, traffic managemenf #or any work within the impro�ed portion of a public right-of-way, and any proposed traffic controls, such as the use of flag persons, to ensure the safe entry and exit af trucks accessing t�e project site. Throughaut the construction period for #he praject, #t�e appficant must faithfully implement the approved Traffic Control Plan. 44.Applicant shall, prior to commencing any grading or building demolition, cor�sult witF� County Er�vironmental Health and the Redwood City Community Developmen# Department regarding vector contro! to reduce #he displacement of mice and rats from the project site to adjacent properties. The permittee shall carry out a program of �ector reduction within 30 days of commeRCing construction activities.
