Or� the private roadway entering from Finger Avenue, the �e�elopment shal! have a sign posted which clearly advises that there shall b� no pa�king, stopping, or standing allowed along the raadway. 51.The water system serving the project site shall provide the needed fire flow requirement of not less than 1,000 gallons per mint�te, with a minfmum residual pressure of 20 pound per square inch for the duration of at leas# two hours, ir� accordance with the lntemational Fire Code Appendix B. 52.The project shall meet all ather necessary Engineering, Fire and BuifdiRg Department conditions of approval. 53.Applicant sha�l comply with all State and Federaf regulations applicable to the Project.
