NOW, THEREFORE� BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission fnds that the above recitals are accurate and constitc�te findings in this rnatter and, together with the Staff Report and the application materiafs, including without limitation the EIR, development plan, vestir�g ten#ati�e map, and all ather documents, repo�ts, studies, memoranda, maps, oral and written testimony, and materials in the City's file for #he applications and the Project, and all adopted Ci�y pianning dacuments relating to the Project and the property i�cfuding the City's General Plan, Mt�nic+pal Code, Zon�ng Ordinance, anai other applicable City laws and regulations, and a!I associated appraved and certified environmental documents, �ave #ogether served as an adequate and appropriate e�identiary basis for the findings and actiarrs set forth in this Resolution. Section 2. Vesting Tentative Map TM2008-08: Consistent with Municipal Code Section 30.42, and subject to the Exception ou#lined in Sect�on 3 below, the Planning Commissior� finds that: a. Tl�e map, design, and �mprovements of the proposed subdivision are consisten# with the City of Redwood City Ger�eral Plan and Zoning Ordinar�ce, the California Subdivision Map Act and the City of Redwood City Municipal Code, and al! applicable subdivision improvement requirements. Findings consistent with the preceding statement are pro�ided ir� t�e staff repor# ar�d Resolutior� #�2-17 (Planr�ed Developmer�t) attached herein (Attachment 2) and as further described below. b. The site of the proposed subdivisiorr is physically suited far the ty�e and density of the proposed de�elopment. The design and proposed �mprovements are not likely to cause substantial environmenfal damage, substantially injure fish, wildiife or their habitat, or cause serious pubfic heafth problems.
